Clearances

Nittany Valley Little League requires all Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Practice Coaches or Team Parents to complete the following clearances prior to participation in any NVLL Team activities. Record of completion will be kept on file with the league and must be updated if they expire between March and October of the current season year. Both clearances required are free for volunteers.

1. Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Record Check
Valid for 12 months

2. Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
Valid for 60 months

Example Clearances
PA State Police Criminal History Record Date of 2/22/22 would be valid for the 2022 season, but need updated for 2023 season.
PA Child Abuse History Record Date of 2/21/22 would be valid for the 2021 through 2025 season, but need updated for 2026 season.
